How often should I apply it?
Everyone's body is unique and contains different bacteria, so it's important that you discover your own frequency of application. This can range from 2 to 7 days, but the most common is to apply every 3.5 days.
IMPORTANT: You can shower and work out and it will not impact the frequency you should apply.
So I shouldn't reapply the product for showering or working out?
No, you should only apply the UNBEATABLE when you need it. There are people with low levels of physical activity who need to apply every few days, while there are others that exercise frequently yet can go more than 5 days without reapplying. You should test the Unbeatable for yourself to figure out your own frequency of application.

Cleanse the armpits with the included sponge and soap, and dry well.
Apply a thin layer of the Unbeatable to the entire armpit area, using circular motions with your fingers.
Wait to get dressed until the product is fully absorbed. It will last you multiple days, so your patience will be greatly rewarded!
Get dressed and go about your daily life! Take note of when you first apply the Unbeatable, so you can track how frequently you need to reapply.
Reapplication.
Re-apply the product only when you start to notice an odor, using the same process, when possible. If you notice an odor but cannot carry out the full application process (for example, if you're at work), you can re-apply the deodorant whenever you need. In this situation, we recommend that you apply the product to your armpit when dry.
*Please note that when applied in this way, the effectiveness of the UNBEATABLE is less than if it would be applied with the complete process of washing the armpit and using the sponge.
Storage: keep in a cool place away from heat sources. If the product is exposed to high temperatures (>86°F), its texture may change without affecting its efficacy.
